I look forward to sharing my discoveries with you all when I return. You can also follow my tweets for live updates. Pumped!
Now, would you please take a look at what people are wearing in Milan at the moment. Holy smokes – I think I need some new clothes. yellowtrace at least needs a new yellow jacket. Pronto!
A Berry Nice Weekend Away.
30th March
I know, I know – this post has a totally lame title but I’m not making any apologies for my silly sense of humour. Having said that, there are no prizes for guessing where I spent my weekend, especially for the local readers.
Husband and I have a little tradition {does three years qualify as a “tradition”} of weekends away for our wedding anniversary. This year we headed to Far Meadow, just outside of Berry, a gorgeous little country town near the South Coast of NSW. We were lucky enough to stay at Sojourn, in one of the two beautiful studio cabins situated in a lush green meadow on the edge of a mature forrest of spotted gums…
Pantone Wall Paint by Samy Halim.
29th March
Check out this mega cool concept for Pantone wall paint packaging by the French designer Samy Halim. This is what dreams are made of for any design nerd, right?! Pity it’s just a concept though.
Stilll… errr… nice package!
Bloodwood Restaurant by Matt Woods.
26th March
It’s Friday – hooray! And Friday is an interview day on yellowtrace, right?! Right. So why don’t I have an interview for your today, you ask. Hmm… Well… That’s because all the fabulous, interesting and creative people I’m in the process of interviewing have been really busy, and haven’t had the time to get all their stuff back to me. So instead of a “real interview”, I have a little “pretend interview” for you all. I know, how very cunning of me.
Images above and below are of the recently opened Bloodwood restaurant, located on King St in Newtown…
