Shit a brick. How awesome is this little place? Wow!

Located in Londrina in Brazil, this house belongs to a young Brazilian architect  Guilherme Torres - you have to check out his website, the “about” section plays “HarderBetterFasterStronger” by Daft Punk. Classic!

Ok, so I’m a little bit in love with Guilherme’s sofa interpretation – build a concrete plinth, make a couple of massive custom mattresses and chuck a whole bunch of awesome cushions on top. Done. I’m also a huge fan of the raw concrete mixed with, sharp looking Chair One by Kontantin Grcic, a crystal chandelier and super shag-a-licious white rug combo in the first image. And how about those neatly arranged conduits which create a interesting pattern on the wall? Oh, and I cracked up when I saw the little framed bit of craft next to the bed in the last image – click on the photo to make it bigger if you can’t read it.

By the way, you might like to know that Studio Guilherme Torres also has an interesting blog.
