Tresse Rug Collection by Samuel Accoceberry.

Parisian designer Samuel Accoceberry has designed a collection of carpets for Chevalier Edition which was launched earlier this year at Maison & Objet in Paris. The carpets are created using the authentic age old tradition and technique of hand-knotting. The concept for the collection was to celebrate the spirit of plaiting and hand made craft. I really love Samuel’s use of strong graphic elements with soft shapes and different shades of colour, which really accentuate the plaiting effect. So lovely.

Samuel was born in Bordeaux and now lives and works in Paris.
