Concept office “Attic” by Ukrainian designer Vasiliy Butenko is a bit of a winner. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, this project is another wonderful example that workplace interiors can be imaginative, elegant and high on personality, while avoiding stereotypical cookie-cutter super boring approach to office design. Hooray!

Visiliy inserted a freestanding structure in the middle of the voluminous loft which follows the line of the ceiling, allowing the greater space to be successfully subdivided into more intimate zones. I also applaud him on his commited use of saturated colour – I’m not so sure I would have been brave enough to splash that much salmon pink everywhere. Butenko certainly knows how to balance such a tricky colour with warm timber, accents of black, sharp furniture and excellent lighting. It all just works!

What else can I say – 10 points from me. Yes, that means Extreme Love!
