Butchers and Bicycles opened an impressive and minimalist showroom in a converted 19th century stable building in the meatpacking district in Copenhagen. The interior respects the neighbourhood’s heritage and the name references the fact the butchers have been frequent users of bicycles in Copenhagen. This showroom is where the company designs, tests, develops, prototypes, builds and sells their cargo bikes.
