The comprehensive “down-to-the-studs” renovation of the five-bedroom, four-bathroom residence celebrates the inherent warmth of post-and-beam architecture while integrating modern sophistication. Goldman’s original commitment to environmental consciousness remains evident through drought-tolerant landscaping, strategic cross-ventilation, and skylit hallways that channel California’s abundant natural light throughout the interior spaces.

Alexander Design’s intervention showcases exceptional attention to detail through custom cabinetry, refined joinery, and thoughtful brass accents. The material palette reflects a commitment to quality, featuring bespoke stonework, precision door hardware, Fleetwood doors and windows, Gaggenau appliances, and Cocoon Piet Boom plumbing fixtures.
