The genius that is Alexandre De Betak of Bureau Betak strikes again (and again). This time with a knockout mirrored kaleidoscopic installation for Portuguese fashion designer Felipe Oliveira Baptista. Marking the 10th anniversary of the fashion designer’s line, the exhibition took place at Museu do Design e da Moda (MUDE), the design and fashion museum in Lisbon, Portugal.
American photographer, Autumn de Wilde has designed a pair of transparent and reflective jewel toned structures for a photo-shoot in the dry Californian landscape. It’s not difficult to see why Lerkenfeldt is a highly respected Danish photographer in demand. She is the master of composition, colour and light. Judging from these images, there’s no doubt she also gets to work with seriously talented stylists…
I spotted this dreamy fashion editorial in the current issue of Harper’s Bazaar China called “Dream of the Dress”. I love the surreal, fairytale-seque feel of these images – the clothes, the set, the hair & make up all work perfectly together to create a little parallel reality that equally appeals to both my “grown up” self and the “big kid” that’s still very much inside…
