Antoñito y Manolín is a Spanish studio-workshop that designs and hand-makes furniture and accessories. Their newly launched lighting collection caught our eye in particular – it’s pretty freaking cool, no? The clean, understated aesthetic perfectly reflects the Antoñito y Manolín philosophy based on functionality, beauty and simplicity.
Italian based communication research centre Fabrica recently launched ‘Extra-Ordinary Gallery’, a collection of ordinary objects designed by a team of Fabrica’s multicultural designers and entirely made by hand in Italy. Daily rituals made special through attention to detail. The formal simplicity, shapes and materials of these objects become a tribute to the beauty of basic and small pleasures in life.
Design Days Dubai is Middle East’s first dedicated design fair, returning for its third edition with a diverse collection of compelling, highly collectible contemporary design pieces and installations.
