Who would’ve thought that there would be such a beautiful piece of architecture in the Arizona desert?

The Xeros residence was designed by Blank Studio, a small architectural practice based in Phoenix, Arizona. I love the overall form and the use of materials, particularly for the exterior. I have to be honest here though – I thought the kitchen and some of the furnishings were quite ordinary, so I won’t post any images of those. Fair enough, right? At the same time, I’m completely in love with the brilliant steel ribbon stair {image below}. It’s stunning!
