The decorative lighting company PARACHILNA launches a new collection designed by Neri & Hu. Based on the ancient “Chinese lanterns”, the BAI family is a trip to the past driven by a XXI century technology. The BAI family consists of several luminaries of different sizes and shapes. The metal structure is “imperfectly” finished in bronze. The transparent, amber or grey blown glass diffusers are lit by a strip LED column. In BAI BA BA and BAI MA MA, a module LED placed at the bottom of the diffuser provides directional light. Each model can be individually used and BAI DI DI can be tailored into a 2 or 3 elements chandelier that, when combined, make for a 5 elements chandelier.

We previously featured a few other amazing lights from PARACHILNA in Yellowtrace Spotlight // August 2014 Edition.

PARACHILNA lights are available in Australia from KE-ZU.
