People think of all sorts of weird things, don’t they? I mean, who sits there and decides that they are going to recreate giant fingerprints using food, tape, paper, string, litter etc. Seriously. I often think of super weird stuff (at the pub), but never in a million years would I actually think to go ahead with my weird ideas (after I sober up).

Anyway, Kevin Van Aelst is clearly someone who goes ahead with his crazy wonderful ideas. And I am so glad he does, cause these images are so much fun, aren’t they? And here’s a little bit of trivia for you – Kevin is a photographer with a degree in psychology. His photos regularly illustrate “The Medium” in the New York Times Magazine.

Yeah, I keep wondering the same thing when I surf around the net. So many bizarre things that some people actually bothered to make them happen. Thankfully, most of the times I’m glad they did!
