I spotted this delicious looking fashion editorial over on Vogue’s online pages, featuring Natalia Vodianova (wearing clothes by the likes of Proenza Schouler, Marni, Etro, Prada, Valentino, Marc Jacobs, Balenciaga and Dior) photographed by Mario Testino in his incredible LA home. Beautiful clothes aside, it was Testino’s home which blew me away really hard. To be honest, I don’t know why I was so surprised by it—I mean—of course one of the world’s most well known and celebrated fashion photographers would have a totally amazeballs home, right? The man’s job is photographing and capturing exquisite beauty, and you’d hope that decades of this work would have rubbed off on his design taste buds…

In his latest series I Am Winnie the Pooh, French photographer Benjamin Béchet kidnaps a handful of superheroes and children’s icons from their fairytale settings and strips them of their supernatural powers by showing them in real life situations. Apart from being quite clever and amusing, there is a certain darkness and melancholy in these images. To me, they express an idea that every individual, regardless of their status, is made up of multiple layers, that we are all vulnerable and susceptible to difficulty, no matter how invincible we may feel…

Have you ever been completely smitten and crazy-style in love, that you wanted to vacuum seal yourself into a bag with your loved one so that you could remain really close to them forever? Ummm… I kind of hope not, cause that’s just plain weird y’all! Yet somehow, Tokyo-based artist, Photographer Hal, manages to make this strange, suffocating and uncomfortable situation look super fun and hilarious…

I have extreme love for these deliciously inspiring and visually arresting images by Dutch photographer Arjan Benning. His work is both subtle and striking, at times crossing the boundaries between photography and fine art. In particular, I find his underwater and flower series reminiscent of the paintings by the Dutch Masters…

Possibly THE best and most hilarious annual corporate Christmas cards I have EVER seen! These ridiculously fantastic staff portraits are the work of London based creative agency Isobel. Their idea for the cards came from wanting to reflect that their agency is “about people” and chose to swap the “cold, faceless e-cards” for traditional printed cards which have become the source of the agencies pride…
