Yellowtrace Interview on Living Edge Blog.

    20th February

Hi guys! I just wanted to let you know about a little interview with yours truly over on the Living Edge Blog last week. I was chatting to Skye about my career, the path that lead me to the creation of this blog, my creative process and approach to design inspiration, how much I love my mum’s food etc. If you like, you can read it here.

Big thanks to Skye for having me and for organising such a lovely interview…

    It’s a New Dawn, It’s a New Day…

    23rd January

Yelling out “WOOHOO” at the top of my lungs feels like the only appropriate way to greet you in this first post for the year and to welcome you to our brand new site!! Man oh man, what an EPIC adventure this has been. Little did I know how much work was going to be involved in redoing the site and migrating all the content – I have a new found respect for web dudes and their craft. This new site simply wouldn’t be possible without the help and dedication of the two leading men in my life – my super awesome kick-ass code busting kung-fu web developer brother, and one and only supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Husband with mad Ninja-skills (who recently took his very own Leap of Faith to join me on this yellowtrace adventure full time – oooohhh the excitement!!)

Over the last few weeks, our days were filled with many tekkie adventures – some happy, triumphant and hi-fivey, others definitely not so much. But this steep learning curve has made us even better at what we do so that we can continuing to build on what we’ve learned and work on ongoing improvements of our site…

Ciao for Now… Oh and Some News!

    16th December

Once again we reach the day when it’s time to pack up for the year, take a bow (and a little break), and also thank you – my wonderful readers – for your amazing support during 2011. Not only has this site grown so much this year, I feel like I have done a lot of growing (up) myself, especially having taken that scary and exciting Leap of Faith back in June… Wowee! 2011 has been such an amazing ride for yellowtrace and for me personally. And how about you – was it a good year for you too? Do share, I’d really love to know.

Before I sign off, I wanted to tell you about what’s happening in the next few weeks and also share some news. For those of you who will be online during the next two weeks, I have …

Yellowtrace 2nd Birthday | Reader Survey + Mega GIVEAWAY!!

    1st December

Oh yes… the rumours are true. My little baby, this little blog of ours is TWO years old today. Hip hip – HOORAY! Man oh man, they grow up so fast, don’t they?

I almost don’t know what to say, yet there is so much welling up inside me and I feel like I could talk and write for hours. But I won’t. I do have to thank you all again for the trust you put in me by visiting these pages every day. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again – I do not take this responsibility lightly and I feel privileged that so many of you turn your attention to yellowtrace as part of your daily routine. What an incredible honour this is and the trust you guys continue to place in me has made …
