Previewed at the 2014 Milan Fair, Backstage wardrobe system from B&B Italia marks the iconic Italian brand’s first venture into fully integrated bedroom storage.

Backstage, designed by Antonio Citterio, rethinks the concept of storage. Employing an innovative ‘re-entering door’, the wardrobe blends with the wall where it is mounted and when opened, creates a wide passageway for continuous access between the wardrobe and bedroom. Available in three widths and two depths, the system is flexible enough for a tailor-made solution. All features of the wardrobe can also be adapted for walk-in closets, which can be fitted with a closed unit.

The B&B Italia Backstage wardrobe system exclusively available at Space Furniture showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane from this month.
