What could one possibly expect from a Parisian apartment of Paola Navone, one of the most prolific and celebrated designers of our time (and one of my personal favourites I might add)? Pure awesomeness, sheer amazingness, bucketloads of design sex-appeal and that highly desirable but oh-so-difficult-to-achieve X-factor? Exactly right. All of those things and then some, right? Right. Having said all this, I was still blown away rather hard when I saw these images that I had to sit down almost immediately! Seriously, would you please take a look at this place? It is insanely amazing, and I love it so much that it’s hurting my eyes and my head right now.

This is such an incredibly happy, vibrant and energetic space. At the same time, I love how relaxed and almost nonchalant it is – easy and liveable, as though the whole interior just happened – without much thought, naturally, organically, and over time… Do you get that too?

There is something Alice in Wonderland-esque about this apartment – it is beautiful, serious and fun in equal measure, and I absolutely adore the play on proportion and scale which have been manipulated to perfection.

Paola, you are my design hero. I hope to be half as cool as you when I grow up. That’s all.

Wow this place is just amazing! So many great details – the mint green chairs, the row of little tables, the orange things on sticks in the corner that look like lanterns (what are they?) – all just fabulous.

      Love it.

    7. [...] Design of an apartment, owned by the famous Paris designer, Paola Navone. If a designer who used to make the design of one’s home to be attractive and look cool, then for the private apartment of course also cooler than usual, awesome and eclectic style. Just a little touch, then this apartment into an apartment that looks modern. How does the placement of flower vases, a few chairs and a small table rectangular, lined up a row of cabinets, the kitchen is fantastic. Pendant lights also decorate this room with a touch of decoration flowers attached to the handle of the lamp. All of this was made to create the impression that the designer is able to create its own space so pretty. Via. [...]
