• Colour Blocking.

    3rd June

    Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock for the last little while (in which case, sorry to disturb you… as you were, soldier) you would have definitely noticed the good ol’ colour blocking trend in all aspects of design – from fashion, architecture, interiors, graphics, products etc. Milan Design Week this year further reinforced that colour blocking is alive and well, and it’s here to stay. How fabulous, as this suits me to a ‘T’, being a little colour lover that I am.

    There is something so wonderful about colour. A lot of colour. In bright blocks. Don’t you think? Colour is happy, uplifting and empowering. It suggests an optimistic attitude and an upbeat approach to living. How wonderful, no? This is exactly how I want to live my life. Surrounded and saturated in happy colours…
